Your freight carrier can deliver direct to our warehouse and we’ll keep it safe and sound until you’re ready to collect it.
For palletised and bulky freight; we offer the ability to deliver to our warehouse via an interstate carrier, and have us deliver your freight to your Cairns client – or yourself – at a time that suits you best. For smaller-scale distribution, we can provide a pickup and delivery service where a dedicated third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse would be too much for your business but managing things yourself does not work. Particularly suitable for smaller businesses delivering within the Cairns area from southern regions, or those who need more storage space but can’t afford a warehouse or racking of their own.
We are happy to provide a cost-effective solution for smaller companies; we know that many businesses don’t require their own storage facilities, and can work within these limits to deliver an excellent pickup and delivery service. Each job we undertake has the staff and vehicles fit for the job, which means our deliveries will always arrive on time.

Also an option for smaller organisations, we can provide some storage space in our racking where you need freight brought up from southern regions and don’t have your own space to store it. This allows interstate carriers to drop the freight directly to our depot while we store it here until you’re ready to come to pick it up.

You can collect it at your convenience, even if you have a busy schedule; you don’t have to plan your days around your delivery.

You can store most types of goods in our warehouse facility. The only exceptions are frozen foods and some hazardous chemicals. For perishable goods, we recommend letting us know the expiry date so that we can store them in the right order.
Our warehouse facility is protected by a range of security measures giving you peace of mind that your goods are safe and secure. Firstly the parameter is protected by security fencing and access to the compound is strictly monitored.
Our warehouse facility is also protected by CCTV which is monitored 24 hours a day. All employees are also carefully vetted to ensure they are honest and trustworthy. And access to the building is controlled by a security pass.
We charge a monthly fee per sq m for the amount of space you need. Most customers book a predetermined amount of space and are billed each month. But our terms are flexible so you can increase or decrease the amount of space you need at short notice.
However, we know not all businesses are the same and some have unusual storage requirements. So if you don’t think paying per sq m works for you. Get in touch and we’ll work out a system that works for everyone.
This will depend on the type, size and number of goods to be unpacked. A typical pallet of medium size boxes can be unpacked in around 30 minutes. But obviously, if it only contains a single product it will take much less than this.
How the goods are stored in our warehouse can also impact unpacking times. For example, if goods need to be sorted into individual sizes this can take much longer than simply unpacking. Get in touch for a more accurate estimate for your goods.
Any items that are damaged on arrival will be photographed and sent to you for review. We don’t typically refuse the delivery because this creates problems for our customers. So it is down to you to claim back from the supplier the cost of any damaged goods.
We typically hold damaged goods in quarantine until we get feedback from you on how to proceed. We can arrange for goods to be returned to the supplier, or we can put them into stock once you have negotiated a settlement.
All goods are reconciled with delivery notes on delivery. You will be notified about any discrepancies in supplies within one hour of delivery. Goods that are subject to inventory claims are held in quarantine until a settlement has been negotiated with the supplier.
For very small discrepancies we recommend adding them to inventory immediately and negotiating with the supplier to send out the missing quantity. This ensures your inventory is not held up in quarantine while you negotiate with the supplier.
No, we operate on a flexible basis because this is what our customers want. So you are not tied into a long-term contract. But we do have a minimum charge of one month for warehouse space.
This flexible approach also allows you to increase or decrease the amount of space you need at short notice. This is ideal for seasonal businesses whose warehouse requirements fluctuate across the year.
